This week’s release is about trust in the output: where a line came from, what was said in the meeting, and the document you hand the client.
- Click Sources, see where every line came from. Every response now ends with a Sources link, whether the answer came from a client’s documents or the web. Click it and the response is highlighted passage by passage, each tied to the source it drew on, so a figure can be traced to its page in one click and shown to a client the same way.
- A notetaker joins your meetings, on Meet or Teams. Native recording is replaced by a Helmsted notetaker that joins the call, streams the transcript into the household in real time, and retains nothing at the notetaker service afterward. Microsoft Teams transcripts now arrive by push on the advisor’s own grant, and the follow-ups a meeting produces land as tasks on whoever has to do them. - Ask for a Word document and get one. Client letters, memos and summaries can now be built as .docx files on the firm’s letterhead, alongside PDF and HTML, and the Documents console gained tabs and a clearer lifecycle for everything Helmsted has produced.
- Behind the scenes: custodial data loads now run as durable, ledgered jobs; the admin Documents tab lists every document in scope rather than the newest 500; portal navigation is faster.
